NACCC has issued guidance to all accredited member child contact centres and this is in line with the NHS and public health recommendations. This will be further reviewed in line with the guidance of these organisations. Child contact centres operate independently of NACCC and are autonomous. With this in mind this information will be reviewed by each centre and implemented accordingly.
Please do address your concerns with your local centre in order to reassure yourself that appropriate measures are in place.
