A valuable and comprehensive reference guide and practitioner manual, presenting the current law in a logical and accessible format. I strongly commend this book.
The Honourable Mr Justice Cobb
It has been over 30 years since the Children Act 1989 came into force yet there are few textbooks covering Schedule 1. Now James Pirrie and Charlotte Bradley have published the 3rd edition of this popular book which provides a guide to the current law and practice for both practitioners and litigants.
We are overwhelmed that Family Law in Partnership and Kingsley Napley have nominated NACCC as one of their chosen charities (along with The Hampton Trust) to receive donations from people wishing to receive a download of the new textbook. NACCC is the only charity in the UK dedicated to providing safe spaces where children can meet the parents they don’t live with. We oversee around 350 contact centres across the UK, run by a network of nearly 3,000 volunteers and 1,500 staff.
Click here if you would like to donate to NACCC. The suggested donation is: £100 for firms/teams; £30 for individuals. Email as@flip.co.uk once you have donated to receive your digital copy.
This generosity of spirit is much appreciated and will help us in our ongoing work supporting and accrediting child contact services that work better for children.
