James Pirrie of Family Law in Partnership and Charlotte Bradley of Kingsley Napley have published an updated edition of their comprehensive book which provides a guide to the current law and practice for both practitioners and litigants.
We are overwhelmed that Family Law in Partnership and Kingsley Napley have nominated NACCC again as one of their chosen charities (along with The Hampton Trust and Cure Parkinsons) to receive donations from people wishing to receive a download of the updated textbook. NACCC is the only charity in the UK dedicated to providing safe spaces where children can meet the parents they don’t live with. We oversee around 300 contact centres across the UK, run by a network of nearly 2,000 volunteers and 1,700 staff.
