This week the management team at NACCC has been thinking about the impact that the organisation has in terms of its aims and objectives. In this Gif, we have included some of the headline figures and to say that even we are surprised would be an understatement.
The figures in the Gif are linked to our Key objectives as an organisation, which are detailed below.
- Build further the quality and effectiveness of member-run operations and seek to increase demand.
- Engage Key Stakeholders demonstrating the Need for continued child contact services in all parts of the UK and support its effective delivery.
- Identify and develop the effective use of resources, structure, and ways of working to meet the needs of the new strategy.
- Develop and execute a focused communication/engagement approach to strengthen our reputation as the go-to place for contact issues and therefore to ensure continuing external support and funding.
Each of these objectives is listed on our Strategic plan, which is reviewed quarterly. This enables us to measure progress against these objectives. The strategic plan is a 4-year document, which spans from 2020 to 2024. We are on track to complete many of the objectives set out within this timescale. Challenges like funding or Covid have inevitably meant that some of these planned targets have been reviewed and are ongoing.
