The National Association of Child Contact Centres provides a wide range of training. NACCC’s training has Open College Network accredited status and is ideal for updating and raising awareness with your staff/members working with families needing child contact centre intervention. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality experience for all who engage and can tailor our content to meet a range of learning styles.
Content that we are able to deliver includes:
- Safeguarding Training (not until 2022).
- Co-Ordinator Training (Enhanced & Supported) (not until 2022).
- Contact Supervision Training (not currently available).
- Parenting Plan Awareness Training (not currently available).
- The Voice of the Child and Preparing Children for Contact (not currently available).
- Referral and Risk Assessment Training (not currently available).
- Dealing with Conflict and Challenge (not currently available).
- Judiciary Training (contact us for more details).
- Governance Training (not until 2022).
It is also possible to have content written and delivered specifically in line with any particular needs or requirements that you might have.
Our training is provided by Qualified Social Workers, Mediators, and a range of other professionals meaning that we bring a wide breadth of experience. All who deliver training on behalf of NACCC are passionate about ensuring that the voice of the child (or young person) is firmly embedded into all the content delivered.
