We were pleased to welcome our Board of Trustees to NACCC’s head office in Nottingham today and to warmly introduce two new members to the board: Tom Quarton-Manuel and Izzy Roberts.
At our recent AGM and Conference in September, we gave special thanks to NACCC’s outgoing Treasurer, Malcolm MacLellan, and Trustee Gareth Williams for their outstanding contributions in their respective roles. Their dedication and expertise over the years have greatly strengthened NACCC’s governance and strategic development.
Tom and Izzy now join the NACCC Board of Trustees, with Tom taking on the role of Honorary Treasurer and Izzy joining as a General Trustee.

Tom, a Chartered Management Accountant, brings a wealth of financial, commercial and strategic experience from his work within the energy sector. He also brings valuable governance insight through his experience serving as a trustee and non-executive director for other charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Izzy brings a decade of experience in public affairs and campaigning in the charity sector, with a strong focus on health and care policy. Her experience at The Fostering Network deepened her commitment to protecting children’s most important relationships and ensuring their voices remain central to policy-making – a mission aligned with NACCC’s ethos and values.
The Board of Trustees meets quarterly alongside NACCC CEO, Elizabeth Coe, and is responsible for governance, compliance, strategic direction, financial oversight and advocacy. Their role is vital in ensuring NACCC operates effectively, ethically and sustainably, and that we continue to fulfil our mission in supporting children and families across the UK.
It’s a pleasure to welcome the trustees to NACCC headquarters today, and we look forward to working closely together as we continue strengthening the charity’s work and impact.
