Over the last few months NACCC has been distributing the new DBS forms to child contact centres.
We can now confirm that from 1 December 2014 DBS will no longer accept forms with reference numbers starting F00.
The new forms have reference numbers (at the top right-hand side of the form) that begin with F01.
