National Association of Child Contact Centres is wishing to appoint a Part-time Receptionist

NACCC, a national charity, based in Nottingham supports over 350 child contact centres throughout England, Wales, and NI.

Reporting to the Office Manager this post is based in Nottingham City Centre working within a small team.

The main focus of the role will be to ensure a professional front line customer service to service users and to keep the office running effectively and efficiently.  Principal duties are to answer the phone on an information line for which full training will be given.

We are looking for an excellent team player who has experience in dealing with telephone enquiries, has good written and verbal communication skills with a ‘can do’ attitude.  Must have GCSE Grade A-D in Maths and English or equivalent.

Salary £16,123 – £17,419 pro rata (£8,715 – £9,415)

20 hours, Monday-Friday 9am – 1.00pm
