Family F.I.R.M aims to provide a compassionate and safe environment where families experiencing separation or conflict can confidently and securely build and maintain their relationships. We are dedicated to fostering healthy communication, promoting positive relationships, and prioritising the well-being of every family member, especially children. Through our expert guidance, tailored services, and commitment to integrity, we strive to empower families to overcome obstacles, rebuild trust, and create a brighter future together. We recognise the importance of nurturing connections between children, non-resident parents, and extended family members, and work diligently to facilitate meaningful interactions that support the development of strong, resilient family bonds.

Summary:
Family F.I.R.M is a newly established child contact service, based in Malvern, Worcestershire. Initially, the service will be run from the building where they are based, The Lyttleton Well, located just off the main street in Malvern. However, once established they will mainly be offering community contact in a range of venues and settings across Malvern and Worcestershire. Malvern has good transport links, and it looks like parking is available near the venue.
The centre’s venue is a welcoming community building, with lots of private spaces for family time sessions, just off the main street in Malvern. There are toys, books and activities available at the venue, for children and families to use.
The centre has a detailed, bright, and inviting website and leaflets with a range of information included on these for the families that may use the centre. This information helps them to anticipate everything from making a referral to the appropriate steps to take if they are unhappy or feel unsafe.
This service is managed by two experienced contact workers who are very committed to supporting local families and have worked proactively to set up this service which meets the standards for enhanced (supervised) family time accreditation.
